All items are subject to availability. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer an exchange, refund, or credit note.

4. Order Processing

 

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 7–14 working days. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors beyond our control.

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for faulty or damaged items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and your order number.

 

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
