Delivery Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 7–14 working days from the date of purchase. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. Christmas rush - 21 working days
Delivery Service:
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please allow additional time during peak periods, strikes, or postal delays.
UK Delivery:
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International Delivery:
We currently only deliver within the UK (you can add international later if you wish).
Missing or Delayed Parcels:
If your order hasn’t arrived after 14 working days from dispatch, please contact us at [your email address] so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
Damaged Orders:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve theEligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The item arrives damaged or faulty
The incorrect item was sent
The item meets statutory return rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Personalised or custom-made items
Earrings or intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
2. Reporting an Issue
If your order has a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Email us at [your email address] with:
Your full name and order number
A clear description of the issue
Photographs (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll review your request within 2–3 working days and let you know the next steps.
3. Return Process
Once a return has been approved:
Items must be sent back within 14 days of approval.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Please include your order number and name inside the parcel.
Return address details will be provided by email.
4. Return Postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked or another insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your item was faulty or incorrect, we will also refund your original shipping cost.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are processed as a new order once the original item has been returned and refunded.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately .
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations will be treated as a return under the policy above. issue promptly.
